Introduction

We are the Rumseys and this is our journey to financial independence. Tara and I have been married for 4 years and we have a 3 month old son named Rhett. Our journey to financial independence started a little bit after we were married. We are frugal people, but it is our discipline to a budget and hard work that has led us to where we are at. Our goal is to show what we did to get out of debt and on the path to wealth. We know the principles that we use work and that they can help others in their pursuit for financial independence and wealth.

What we are good at

Tara is an excellent at keeping our budgets exciting and on track and I like to plan to long-term goals. While working towards our goals, we were able to pay off a crap ton of debt and love following these steps. Let us know what we can do to help YOU!
